we bought a beta fish for our daughters and three days later it died. PetSmart was very caring and helped us out right away and replaced the fish. well then covid hit and we had the new fish for a month and a half and it also randomly died. we decided we were done with fish for now. well last night my husband took the fish tanks and stuff we bought for a return and they returned it with no hesitation and apologized for everything that has happened. Nicole was our trainer for both the beginner and intermediate puppy training. She did an outstanding job. I highly recommend getting your puppy trained by her. It makes dog ownership so much more enjoyable.
I don’t know what it is about this store but every time I’m here it’s a headache. My dog has prescription food that is always a nightmare to buy because they make you renew your prescription card every 3 months even though MY vet has prescribed this food for life. Also, don’t bother renting a carpet cleaner. Just returned mine 15 min later than the time I rented it the previous day and had to argue with the manager about getting my $30 deposit back.
