I made an appointment for both my dogs here for grooming. I specifically requested Lisa (aka Lee) as she had groomed my reactive special needs German Shepherd in the past and did INCREDIBLE with him. RecommendedI highly recommend Francine. She’s been grooming my babies for years in Boca but we followed her to WPB when she moved. They absolutely love her. She is so extra kind and patient and most especially with the senior dogs!

Highly recommend Barkley's off of Northlake - better grooming services. Managers at this location do not return calls - abysmal customer service.

I brought my dog mishka into the grooming salon to get groomed for the first time and my groomers name was crystal she was great my baby looked fabulous when I picked her up thank you for taking such good care of my her I'll be back soon
I'm not taking my furbaby back there. She's still limping and in pain. They examined her free of charge when I called back to the store and let them know my furbaby had been injured. I paid for the pain killer which was prescribed for her. She is still limping as of day 2
I have been with PetSmart grooming for six and a half years. My groomers name is Nina. I have been with her for six and a half years. She has moved from store to store and I have followed her all the way. I wouldn't change my groomer for anyone else. She gives me peace of mind when I drop off my baby in her care to get groomed. My baby minnie is a very nervous girl, so to me is very important to have a great groomer like Nina. Thank you Nina for all you do. �🖒
