Walked in with our new puppy and right off the bat and Alex helped us, she gave us a new puppy coupon pack (because we got her from SPCA), walked us around to show us what we get for free in said book. Every associate stopped us to ask if we needed help or just to give our new pup some love. Thank you!!
Going to miss Franklin the cat, already missing popcorn aka sugapop, pepper, tinkabelle, Bennett and now Franklin leaving ... Nice clean place, friendly staff- could be lil more friendlier to pets
Employees are helpful & friendly.. Your fish will not die within 2 days, like other pet stores... Love it there...
