We came into Your store on Sunday 9-25-16 to buy dogfood as usual and inadvertently left Our cell phone. A nice and HONEST shopper turned it in to Your manager never to be seen again !!! I will NEVER shop at Your store again very Dishonest employees and rude also.
This is by far my favorite petsmart! Great prices, friendly people, and the grooming department is great Especially Lucy!
I came in today to buy a stroller and the young man who helped me (wish I would have gotten his name!) put it together for me when I asked if it might be possible for him to do it, since I am leaving on a road trip tomorrow, have little time to mess with it and know I'd have a frustrating time trying to do it myself tonight. The staff are always so friendly and helpful!!
