I dont typically criticize a business because there's always two side to a story but this circumstance can effect everyone and their wallets so I will share my experence. A little less than a month ago our cat had to have several teeth removed and after surgery he would not eat for days. The store was clean except for goldfish tank. Lots of dead and dying fish.
First and last time at this location! 😡 horrible service. They are fucken ridiculous here! 5 long ass hours, are you kidding me! They need to get there appointment times right. I dropped off my dog at 1pm, so it's already 4 45 and they haven't called me so I go to the store and they tell me that she's up next for her haircut, like are you serious, I was so angry! I couldn't believe it, they tell me it's going to take them another 45 minutes. I usually take my dog to the garden grove location and the max they take it 2 hours... read more
