I dont typically criticize a business because there's always two side to a story but this circumstance can effect everyone and their wallets so I will share my experence. A little less than a month ago our cat had to have several teeth removed and after surgery he would not eat for days. First and last time at this location! 😡 horrible service. They are fucken ridiculous here! 5 long ass hours, are you kidding me! They need to get there appointment times right. I dropped off my dog at 1pm, so it's already 4 45 and they haven't called me so I go to the store and they tell me that she's up next for her haircut, like are you serious, I was so angry! I couldn't believe it, they tell me it's going to take them another 45 minutes. I usually take my dog to the garden grove location and the max they take it 2 hours... read more
