Not today. The employees are normally good here, but very, very rude today. I had to go in because the app didn’t work today for curbside.
RecommendedTonight there were 4 associates and they all were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They had great ideas and were experts with their products and suggestions. After my purchase, I left for my car and WHAT!? It was sitting in 8 inches long of water from the storm! It was their AWESOME employee MELISSA that was so sweet and offered to walk in the water and back my car our to the front of the store. What a wonderful experience for both myself and most importantly my dog Luke. Nail grinding / buffing was a first and he was in and out in 5-7 minutes and they did an amazing job! We will be back Pampered pup �
The grooming, Jennifer & the wonderful staff take great care of Chelsea my lab mix.
We went to feeding the fish today and the employee Angel was fabulous. Enthusiastic and patient with kids while they fed the animals. We hope petsmart continues this program past January as the kids had a great time.
