Went to their location at Eastland Center in Covina CA wanting to adopt a kitten. Lady working at the adoption center was standing in a room in the back pretending not to see me. After a long wait, she finally comes out. I ask to see a kitten and she says she doesn't have time and walks off. Turns out she was the manager. HORRIBLE. @petsmart do you even want to adopt out the animals in your so-called adoption center? AND how's that manager training working out for you? Definitely lacking customer service at this location.
I just wanted to sincerely thank Kevin, the manager at the store and also Diana. My dogs , two Husky Malamute mix three year olds went in for grooming last week, which by the way they did do a great job. But when I got them home they started coughing around Friday or Saturday. They ended up getting kennel cough from visiting the salon. My husband called and spoke with Kevin.
