Came in to pick up a friends pet, and the staff was just great. Very pleasant atmosphere and characters. Felt I could bring my dogs in if I lived closed. Keep it up you all!

Had both my Siberian Huskies in for baths and brushing...they both DEPERATELY needed their undercoats removed! Wasn't an easy job, but the grooming department nailed it! My fur babies look beautiful and each are 5-10 lbs lighter with all that hair gone!!! Thank you!
The young staffer wonderfully assisted me, name is Matthew. Store was clean and people friendly.
Its awesome,it has all the good cat food and bearded dragon food and dog food and good leashes and spike callers .
If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered and paid for a 3 pack of advantage flea and tick medicine online. I was supposed to get a text within one hour saying it was ready. 3 hours later, no text. I emailed the company, who apologized and said it was ready-a day later. When my husband went to pick it up, the idiots who work at this store had no clue! My husband was passed from one idiot employee to the next and nobody had any idea about online orders.
