RecommendedWe always have a great experience here. The staff is always super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It’s honestly the customers that I have issues with. The ladies in the fish department had to keep telling a set of kids and their parent to keep 6ft, not touch the tanks and keep their masks on. It was very distracting for both the employees and the customers they were trying to help.

Puppy training day 1. ✔️. What a difference in Winston already! Thank you to our teacher/trainer Vanessa and Pet smart store for providing this class. I highly recommend if you have a puppy that needs help with proper behavior.

Really nice staff, but never enough of them to help the guests. Wait time is always long. Other than that, it's clean, always stocked and animals look/are healthy.
