I am so mad I could spit nails!!! Took my pup in for grooming...expressly said no anal glands no ears etc....nothing today but make her pretty...nope within 30 minutes of leaving her I get a call..We have taken her to our vet. Her anal gland ruptured....She Now has an eraser sized hole that is a fresh wound. Vet said grooming did it, grooming said no it was already abscessed. This went on for 4 hours. Besides the fact that it takes 3-4 hours to wash and shave my grandma's tiny dog, everybody in the grooming department is usually pretty grouchy from the moment you step through the door. I guess if you have some medical condition that makes it impossible to smile or speak above a murmur or not look like I'm the asshole for bringing you my business, that's why they keep you in the back with the dogs and not at the register.
Their groomers are very nice and patient with my dogs. They do a nice job with the grooming.
