Horrible experience in pet training: I registered for my pets training and during our second session I had an argument with the trainer (I merely questioned her why they have a particular policy of “no choke collar” and she did explain their policy of positive reinforcement which I am not against). we did 5 sessions of puppy training and then the trainer says she is “not comfortable” training my pet for intermediate and advanced session and wants to refund as there is no other trainer available.
