I can't believe my baby Bella is in the emergency room right now. Due to being sliced open with cutters by a groomer named Melissa H on lone tree, in Antioch California . Bella is currently in surgery she going to need stitches. These groomers cant be trusted I guess, I had a terrible feeling the moment we first met. Nice people! Very welcoming every time I go there. They groomed my dogs and mentioned to me about a discount. Thank you to the grooming crew!
Prices, easy to find items but especially the employees they all polite and helpful

Five stars for the sales associate that checked us out at the register, 0 for the manager. I normally buy my puppies’ prescription GI food at my vets office and they were out so I took a printed prescription to PetSmart and apparently I need a card from their vets office, something I don’t have a problem with. However the manager was pretty rude about it, as though we were trying to pull something, really? 47$ for an 8lb dog food, if I was running a scam I would certainly choose a less expensive one🤦♀️.
