I requested help on the fishwall, walked back to the fishwall and waited. Two other customers walk up. The older white haired slow employee came up. He did not ask who was first he just randomly helped customers. After 25 min of waiting I left with no fish, crickets or frozen food as I never got helped and I was first.
I been coming to this Petsmart now for 14 years and I love it. Great service everywhere grooming, vet, cashiers, sales floor employees just a wonderful staffing. Keep it up.. we give Brenda from grooming a high five 🙌🏻 for been Awesome 👏🏻
I like the fact it's right next to the gym I workout @, it's convenient for me. It makes it so easy for me, I know only buy my cat food from there now.

I've brought my dog here since she was a puppy. The last two groomings have been horrible. This is was the last string especially when I'm paying 85.00 for a small dog and the issue. It being fixed. I'm done !!!!
Very Friendly! Spoke to my kitty the entire time while giving her 1st shots.
