I guess it’s really a grooming place for dogs! I took my cat (main coon) and his hair cut was uneven. I wanted his back side shaven but it wasn’t done, only trimmed. People are nice but again, probably best for dogs

We had a really great experience with the Chino location. James was the one who helped and assisted. He is very knowledgable and friendly. The store is spacious and neat.

This particular store is really big on pet rescues and donates items to the West End Shelter for Animals in Ontario. The staff is SO helpful when you enter and the store is well stocked. Go there!
