The grooming department is horrible. I wanted my turn outside for 10-15 mins waiting to check my brothers dog in and once it was my turn I waited inside for the girl who was suppose to check us in as she stood there and drank her coffee and put her phone at her spot then when she finally decided to check us in I had to get a copy of my brothers dogs rabbi shot and he sent it with the date he had it done but that wasn’t enough they needed it to say an expiration date even tho … See more

Arrived early so service quick, clerk polite. Don’t waste your money on the Originally Tuffy “The World’s Tuffest” soft dog toy with a level 9 of 10 tough strength rating. I bought the rabbit Tuff toy for just over $17 and my chocolate Labrador chewed off two legs, one ear and tail tip in 20 minutes. The dog toy had a picture of a Labrador and Rottweiler on the tag so I thought the toy must be pretty strong. It’s probably best to stick with Kong toys.
I wish I had video taped I just saw a little dog been hurt by a guy with long hair and glasses at the grooming area I am in tears now
We took Oscar in for his yearly dental cleaning and exam. They had to pull two teeth. The staff was super polite, compassionate, and we love them all!
This pets mart should be boycotted for allowing their employee to keep a dog in her car all day with 97 degree heat! We will never patronize this pets mart again...
The vets office workers were very rude we got the wrong information that they treat hamsters and when my hamster got into an accident and was dieing we went over there me and my sister was in tears and asked if they can do anything and the girl LAUGHED and said no just replace him and the guy said very rudely not every vet looks at hamsters and shooed us away they made the situation worse
