Employees are not friendly. I've been there several times. There is one girl in the Banfield who helped me once. Otherwise your on your own.
I took my puppy for a haircut and all of his hair was shaved off. The girl was very rude, manager wasn't available and when I called back to file a complaint I was told my puppy was matted which is why he was shaved. My puppy gets brushed more than a child. This location has gone down significantly. Rude employees and not very clean as should be. This was the 610/Fournance location. Will never get another dime from me!
This is a great Petsmart. Always a lot of people and dogs! Super busy store got to get there early or they may run out of what you need!
How is the manager going to tell me de-matting is what they meant when they shaved my dog DOWN! Never going back! Never!
Took my puppy for a haircut on westheimer and Eldridge location and they shaved off all his hair making my Maltipoo look so UGLY!
