Grooming Section: Horrible! Our Norfolk Terrier gets the Bath & Full Haircut with FURminator every three months at the Denton location. Due to the COVID-19, they are closed and I was sent an email to try the Frisco one since they would be opened for service. DO NOT USE THEM! Selling sick fish that have ick! I was told by manager Maddison not to get on their bad side because they would ban me, however all of my fish are dying one by one and they are not cheap!!!!!

I will never shop Petsmart again! There is a problem when the cashier starts making fun of you to another customer because I said you should turn your light on if the line is open.
Our cat passed away a few months ago and my son and I came to look at the cats. One of your employees was standing by the cats working on some paoerwork. I asked if we could go into the cat room to look at the cats. He said “are you serious about adopting a cat today because if not I can’t let you go see them”. I honestly don’t see how your store does any adoptions! I told him we would go look someplace else and he said okay sorry.
Thanks for being so helpful! I took my newly adopted Shih Tzu in to get food, leash, harness, toys, etc. and everyone was very helpful.
Jeff in the grooming department does a phenomenal job!!!!!! He is amazing! The rest of the grooming staff are also incredibly friendly and personable. I wouldn't dream of taking my husky anywhere else for grooming!
