Recommendedi would have to give 5 stars for store experience, and 2 stars for the grooming salon. we took our puppy for a bath - no haircuts or anything. we ended up getting a wet dog back after 2.5 hours. because they were overbooked. the staff was friendly, but it should not take that long to get a wet dog that still smells.

Grooming had my dog for 5 hours yesterday and only shaved his main body. He looks terrible anf it cost me $83. I was told i had to bring him back to get him "finished" because he was not cooporating. He is a 15lb maltipoo, give me a break. Not ever using them again.

Love you Katy in the Petsmart grooming area. She works with our cat Puff Daddy and does a tremendous job.
We were trying to buy a kennel for our Great Pyrenees & couldn’t get anyone to help us get one down. Needless to say, we went elsewhere.
