I called to make my dog an appointment to get his ears plucked only. You can get ONLY this service at any place. Petco, the vet, etc. Amanda answers the phone in grooming and she’s as dumb as they come. I had to repeat myself 5x that I wanted only eat plucking as 1.) he just got groomed not too long ago 2.) the only thing out of control is his ears & 3.) he’s prone to ear infections if I don’t get it done & that’s bigger problems. I took my Shih Tzu to petsmart yesterday to get a haircut. When I came back and picked him up I realized that he had hurt his eye and that it was completely red and swollen, I took it to a 24 hour emergency veterinarian they said the he had a big cut in his eye causing it to get inflamed and swollen. I am thinking that it happened because the person who cut my dog's hair hit him with some object our was trying to hold him down to hard and he was trying to fight back and got hurt. People here are beyond rude and there is blood on the floor from a dog. No place for my dog. Daily I will post until I get a refund. Hate this place.
I help volunteer with the dog rescue group (TLC) and am just amazed at the employees here. They are all very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this Petsmart, as they are very knowledgable of the products and have a great dog trainer! (I've taken classes with my dog, Charlie, and she was very patient with me and my young dog.) I wish I could give more stars! Check out this Petsmart 🐶🐱🐶
