I love going in to petsmart. The employees are helpful and friendly and compassionate about animals. The groomers are amazing and always treat my dog with love. He enjoys going with me and always gets good pets and treats.

Saw a video posted to social media from groomer Allyson, zooming in on a male dogs private parts, while back on a table with a collar connected to something holding him in place, with the hash tag “Dog Porn”. Reported it to the store manager & sent the video to them. Extremely unprofessional, childish & if that was my dog I would be taking further action. The owner probably has no idea. I did not like the way my friends little Maltese, was a fluffy dog not it is not, how does some just cut her hair off, looking at any picture of this type of dog, you will see her breed has never looked like this�.
Went in to take my dogs to get a bath, they treated my dogs with so much love. They got the whole pampering nails clip, bath, special shampoo hair cuts they got it all. I was glad I choise Petsmart for there grooming.
SHOUT OUT to your gal Rebecca that was working the aquariums yesterday evening. We came in to get feeder fish to start trying out in our pond. She was so patient and kind and let us handpick all twenty. Super sweet to see someone that even cares where the feeder fish go. �� Thanks, Rebecca! ���
