Everyone there was very friendly with the dogs, knew where their product was, and checkout was a breeze. The store was clean and well put together. One of my puppies even had an accident while down and aisle, and their pick up station was easily found and well stocked. Kudos to the staff.
They have no idea how coupons work. They can also be hit or miss on friendliness, the men are consistently ugly though. They continually make up different excuses as to why they don't take coupons. The latest today was that internet printed coupons are from 3rd parties and they don't accept them. If they can't understand how coupons work how can I trust them with my complex animals? Very disappointed.
This store is the absolute WORST. My kitty passed after 26 yrs. I wanted to return food i brought right before the storm. Didnt have a receipt but they couldnt look it up via email address or phone number. They want to give me a store credit instead of putting it back on my card. Its still im the petsmart packaging. The employees are always willing to help. They have a good selection of pets clothing,food and toys.
Geena helped my girls and I today. We went in for a Robo dwarf hamster.. fail. Chinese dwarf hamster.. fail. Fancy rat..for the win! He is very loving, sweet and has taken to my girls immediately. Geena was very knowledgeable about all of the animals, beyond helpful, and made sure I was set up for success to care for Cocoa Butters (his name). I'm familiar with rodents, mice, gerbils, ferrets and now a fancy rat!
I love PetSmart! I bring Chloe to get a Pawdicure Plus when her nails need trimming and they do a great job with her. The staff is friendly and helpful and their products are amazing.
