Very knowledgeable crew, i love my experience here. Everyone is very helpful and always happy. Took my dog to the vet and he loved it. First time my dogs comes out of the vet happy. :) highly recommended. Some things are pricey but what do you expect? You are getting service from the best...... You wouldnt take your lexus get service at some cheap place. You go for the best. Same thing with your pet, give it the best experience possible. :)
My mothers dog got out of the house, and who ever pick up her dog brought her to pet smart in orlando on east colonial. This person spoke to a pet smart employee, the employee knew the dog was lost but did not gather any information about anything. I had asked pet smart to check the cameras and they declined saying its store policies not to release any footage..I do understand that but no ones willing to give us any help regarding my moms dog.
