Their grooming services are affordable and awesome! So excited for my Mini-Aussie to be a regular customer there!
I was there for a puppy training class but it was only our first class. So far so good
I love this Petsmart. I'm a groomer here and love the care and safety taken to ensure every pet is safe. From show dogs to couch potato puppies all are very spoiled here in the salon.
Very rude Managment I didn't like the customer service when I called. How do you answer the phone say no and hang up on me while I'm in mid sentence.
Very disappointed at their customer service! My husband bought a toy for our dog before Christmas. He was told by the employee that the Kong toy would last and if it didn't to return it within 7 days. Well, our puppy chewed it up and was eating the strings, so after 4 days we brought it back to the store. They would not accept it even with a receipt. I even said I would take store credit since we shop there often. The manager would not let us return it. We told her we would be talking to corporate and she said go ahead. Nice... read more
