I gave this company a second chance but no third chances. I took my shih tzu for a hair cut and when I got her back, it didn't even look like she has been groomed at all. I wasted 60.00 for nothing. She didn't even get a bandanna around her neck. These groomers don't act like they love animals. It's just a job to them. I will never take my fur baby to them again. You can count on that.
