Wonderful grooming experience with both my dogs. Anna did a beautiful job and my dogs love her! Everyone in the store has just been so nice and helpful.
They cut my dogs nails and made two of them bleed which I had to see a vet about. Absolutely will never go there again.
Took my little dog to get groomed and they almost tore her skin off top of her head. Then offered me a free groom next time. No more grooming there .. They should have given me that one free

I'll start here and then find a way to contact the higher ups but I went into the Kingston store tonight and was helped by a man named Randy . I had no idea what I wanted and asked a good amount of questions . Had Randy paged multiple times to come back to answer more questions and not once did he get annoyed . He was very informative and I really appreciate his help and making my experience a good one . Thank you Randy !

I took my Maltese to get a hair cut and they did absolutely a horrible job. I didn't even recognize my dog after. They cut him extremely low, and the cut was still choppy. He looks like a 8 pound rat. I am immensely disappointed and dissatisfied with their work! I would not recommend taking your pets here.
