Go to Dogs and Cats Rule. Tell me how 2 of my family members have come to this PetSmart and have had the worst experience… the folks working here don’t want to help you. They just point aimlessly in a direction and hope you catch on, they have negative attitudes, and they show that they don’t care. Come on. It’s a PET store. It should be a mildly fun experience. This place needs HELP.
pretty unhelpful and they lack quite a few items.This store should actually be reviewed by PetSmart HQ. The real estate investor who owns this place should also dig in a bit, because I can't imagine them surviving past their lease with their poor service, limited offerings and dirty space. I had to make a trip to the local, 'Dogs & Cats' shop after to get everything I needed. Additionally, staff is not the most helpful. Here I am, with a puppy that's pulling and big and I'm asking if they can help me find a brand of kibble. ... read more
