The store is clean, bright and stocked with just about anything one could need ( or use).
Kicked me out before I could even enter. SAID I WAS BLACK
I arrived there this morning to pick up a quick door dash order for a customer. I hadn't done that with PetSmart before and asked if they needed to scan my bar code like my app said. The clerk acted like I'd offended him and said I should've already checked that before going through the whole process. Everything was just fine; I just needed to close the order if they didn't need the barcode. Not a big deal. But the clerk acted like a prick for no reason. I took my dog Drax for a haircut.They do a great job every time. Staff was friendly and great with him
Dog went for grooming. Called and was told he has 3 fleas near his privates. My dog has never had fleas and he is 5. Never found fleas in my house or bedding. Charged me $30 for a flea bath and the manager called me and fed me a bunch of bs. He got the fleas at Pet Smart!
