If there was a lower score than one star, I'd give Petsmart just that. On Saturday, January 19th, I went to the Washington, PA location to purchase dog food. The store was disgusting, it smelled like urine and everything in the store was dirty. They had adoptable dogs there, but all of them came with do not touch sign, and they bark excessively throughout the store.
