While checking in my dog to be groomed with Ashlee she has mumbled under breathe that she is an aggressive dog. We’ve said many time that because she is “aggressive” that she only come in on weekdays. It’s very unprofessional and will never return again. When you go to pick up your dog you consistently hear dogs barking in the background but my dog is labeled “aggressive” when she wants to play.
Brianna (Groomer) always does a fantastic job grooming Nola (Newfoundland). She is always done before promise time and looks amazing. Please give her a great deal of recognition. She is a very sweet person and deserves it.
Was very upset when they said u boats and flat beds were in the back and they knew we were getting 30 buckets of litter. We did have an awesome co-worker help us out though. The manager said they were in backnof store a yeah with good on them. 3 shopping carts later after we almost missed them too. Great check out gal with all the camotion going on she said she's be there 13 times and wouldn't change it.
Was in your store today and this young girl Miranda was awesome! She went above and beyond to help me ! We need more people in this world like her!!
Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff when we picked up our rescued puppy.
I have taken many of my dogs to Rachel, Tiffany and others at this shop and have had a fantastic experience each time. Two of my current fur-kids are special rescues who had bad experiences with humans and each time Blizzard or Bishop visit with Rachel they are very comfortable and well taken of.
I took my dog to get his nails done for the first time. The staff was super friendly to me and my dog and incredibly patient with my dog and his nervousness. I was expected to have one or two nails clipped but they got all of them trimmed. Thrilled with their service!
