They were great until they hired a bunch of new people in the Pet hotel with no experience.
Poor customer service no respect for service animals does not care about earning customers business saloon does not follow Thur with what they say they are going to do Sammy is rude and has no care for you pet seem like she is not happy at work. Management would rather defend employees then there customers . Won’t not give them my business .

RecommendedI take my three dogs to see DR. Ryckman in Centerville Ohio. She is the best, has always answered any questions or concerns. However I would never get my dog groomed their though. I actually seen a dog almost hang himself from a tech trying to cut the dogs nails. People, Banfield can be good but, you as their parents need to be diligent on what is going on. Thank you Dr. Ryckman!! Also, PLEASE CLEAN YOUR STORES, IT IS VERY DIRTY AND GROTEST ATSOME POINTS.
