I’ve been bringing my dog to @Petsmart since he was a puppy. A few months back I took him in for a groom. I booked for specific time because I had a family event to attend and that way I’d have no issues. Will, the groom took nearly 5 hours. I was so mad when I came to get him I admit that I yelled at the girl. I felt bad immediately after and still gave her a 20% tip. I left I haven’t come back there for a groom for a while.
