This place has lost our business. We made an appointment for our dog to get groomed, and when we got there, they wouldn't groom her. I know that all dogs have to be up to date on their shots, and that's fine. They however did not inform us that they needed an update on her shots, either time we talked to them. But once we drove 40 minutes there they told us, they couldn't do it. Won't take any of our dogs there to be groomed, or shop there ever again.

Staff are always helpful. Vet techs are super patient with my "bad boy" kitty when he comes for check-ups.

I took my Basset Hound for grooming and it was awesome! Great service for great prices! And the best part was that the store manager's MOM was a huge help! She saw me struggling with my pooch and jumped right in, recommending a leash, showing me all about it, and even putting it on for me!!!! I'll definitely continue going here and get my pup in routinely!!!

I love pet smart and Banfield Clinic,they treat my Buddy boy like he's family! I truly love Dr. Burke,she is awesome and everyone makes me feel comfortable leaving my baby there!!!
