Today my boyfriend and I came in and bought a giant cat tree, we expected it would fit in our car, we were wrong. We went home and got my car, still didn’t fit. But, the man who helped us (didn’t get a name) was so awesome and did everything he could to make sure it fit as good as it could in my car and even wrapped the tree in plastic wrap so it wouldn’t get wet on my way home since it was hanging out of the trunk. A little pricey but what pet store isn’t? I adopted a 1yr old cat for my boyfriend and she’s wonderful. Great customer service. She was a rescue which is awesome. I didn’t realize they adopt out rescues from local shelters.

I took my dogs to Petsmart today to get groomed. Taylor was able to get one of them done. The other was not happy getting his nails trimmed so we rescheduled to try for his bath on another day. Taylor was so sweet and patient to them and me. (I was late for the appointment.) She also carried the dogs out to my car for me. Great customer service. Thanks Taylor!! 🤗
They are friendly and helpful, we got pictures with Santa and it was a great experience over all!
