I've been a PetSmart Customer for about 9 years at Lilburn location. I was told disrespectfully that one of my dogs could not come on a Friday. It wasn't what she said it was how she said it, so I asked to speak with her manager on her customer service. The manager came on the line hostile and unapologetic. I decided I would not patron that location anymore.
