RecommendedI have been using The Grooming salon at the Woodstock PetSmart for a couple of years now. Always a great experience and Andy loooooves Ariel. She takes very good care of him and he looks adorable when I pick him up .
RecommendedThey have the BEST managers and employees. Always so friendly and willing to help with whatever you need. We are lucky enough to have the privilege of hosting our adoption events at this location. So come out to visit and play with the doggies and shop for all your pets needs in the store.

Incredibly poor service from kennel / vet . dropped dog off as instructed by 9:30am for For two shots and nails clipped. Still waiting for call that he’s done at 4:00pm.. Need to start shorting their stock! This service is unacceptable.

Horrible customer service. You get talked to like your a child. Do not honor apointment times. While we were there we saw a groomer twisting the paw of a small terrier causing it visible pain. This place is a sad excuse for a pet store.
Thank you for fitting him at last minute and making sure he was squeaky clean !!!
