Absolutely wonderful staff! Took my little one here and he doesn't like it at all, but that's normal.
Took my dog to be groomed and asked if they could keep his ears and tail long. Without even working they said they would absolutely not be able to save anything and would need to shave him (like 2 other dogs in the shop). Feeling the staff was incompetent I decided to keep my dog until my regular groomer was available and I am so glad I did. His ears and tail are long and he is cut exactly like I wanted and for almost half the price. These people aren't groomers they just got a crash course in cutting and that is the service... read more
We had an adoption event this past weekend on Saturday and Sunday and I can say, hands down, that they were the nicest, most accommodating and helpful group of people I've worked with. I was very impressed and honored to b asked to return with our adoptable pups again this weekend!!!!!
