Grooming staff was very rude and unprofessional. Will call corporate office about this. Glad a new Petco just opened near my house because all of my business is going there from now on.
This PETSMART is the worse when it comes to grooming staff. Mitsi is the worse. She claims to be a manager but she really shouldn't be. She was super rude and very unprofessional.
