I went in a few months ago to look at selections on cats for adoption.... I met a brother and sister, I was gonna only adopt one. but I couldn't leave the sibling. I have azealia and catcher. which I named zellia and vamp. they are most precious babies.
Just want to throw out a PSA for anyone considering taking their Husky or similar type of dog to PetSmart for grooming: BEWARE. Also I apologize but this is long. Use Grooming facilities for canine nail trims, for 3 dogs. Should I say we use to!!!! Last time we attempted to bring in our strong minded child, we were told she was unmanageable and they would not take her. Mind you this is after we’ve taken her there for 2 years. After speaking to manager, he provided me the lead groomers schedule and suggested I bring her when she was available, so we did. If there was a problem, we were not made aware of it. Had bad groom, part of my pups paw pad was cut w clippers/scissors. Didn't feel like this was handled well by groomer or store manager. I felt like they were suggesting I was lying and they wanted it proved by their vet vs photos. Ended up calling corporate which handled the situation quickly. It's unfortunate that it had to be escalated and could not be handled when the incident occurred.
