The Sanford spring lane petsmart is always clean and decently stocked. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the fish section is always clean and healthy looking. You can tell they take pride in their fish and even keep a betta in one of the tanks as an example of a proper setup. Meanwhile the Aberdeen petsmart fish section is atrocious. I went there this week and every tank had sick and dying fish on display and the tanks looked crappy. I’d be embarrassed to show that.
Had originally went to petsmart in Aberdeen and was very disappointed so me and my other half decided to drive out to sanford. Had the absolute best customer service I’ve ever received at any store before, every question was answered, was even helped to the car getting all our stuff into our Jeep! We will definitely be making the trip to sanford petsmart at least once a week! I would definitely recommend this store!!
This store is great and my family needed help today fixing a situation and the manager Jeff handled it like a pro and was so nice and helpful!!! Love doing business here!!
Came today for the pictures with Santa and brought my two pups along with my three year old daughter. Everyone (a gentleman taking pics, a lady helper, and female Santa) were polite and fun to be around. I take my dogs every year to a PetSmart (we are military and move around often) and none of the employees at the other stores have been as enthusiastic as these. Store Manager, Andre, knows my daughter and her puppy by name! Always makes them both feel super special for each of our weekly visits! The Sanford Petsmart staff are AMAZING!!!!
it is a good place to buy stuff for your pets
Sad when the groomers ask for a phone to call when your puppy is done with grooming and they don't use it. Your best friend waits for hours in a cage!!!! Mad and sad.
