Wesley Chapels fish department won me over yesterday. The woman working (ilI wish I got her name) was knowledable and took the time to talk to us and to our son who was too excited to sit still. She showed him his fish he picked and he kissed the bag then got upset because he couldnt hug it. So she went and got another bag and filled it with just water and handed it to him which he held on to the whole way home and still today is bringing it to me saying "fish fish" and kissing it. Wonderful staff, especially in the grooming department! They allowed us to bring him in without an appointment on a Sunday when they close at 6 so that he could get a bath. He had just left a local kennel that didn't take care of him and was soaking wet in his own pee. Petsmart was more than accommodating to make our day a little brighter. Thanks!
Zoe our cat isn't a fan of any vets but Dr Cole and staff are great and they make sure she's comfortable whenever she's there for treatment.
Pet Smart in Wesley Chapel has gained a new customer in the grooming salon because of Amber, she is great! I had a bad experience at the location I have been taking my Shih Tzu (Odie) to I took him to Amber today and she did a fantastic job!! Thanks again Amber for taking such good care of my baby!!
