We drove from NJ to NC with our dog who did not take the trip well. Thank you Banfield staff and vet who saw us on the day we arrived and treated Phoebe with such love and care.

I have seen two dogs severely cut at this story. YOUR GROOMING DEPARTMENT SUCKS...and should be closed down.....
When I asked an associate to look in the back for an item I was told that the pallets are 12ft high. Whatever was in topstock is all they had and the new product doesn't get put out until the mornings. So I had to settle for something I didn't want. Her demeanour was rude and her attitude gave me the impression that she didn't feel like walking in the back to look. Not to mention, the item I want is almost never in Stock.
Took my small short-haired dog for a furmanator bath including nail trim. After being there 2 1/2 hours, I was called and told he was ready but that they had not been able to cut his nails. I know that he does not like his nails to be done and creates a fuss, but they always do it. When I got there and voiced my displeasure, they said "oh, we can get someone to help". Why was that not done previously? They could not get someone to show up to help so I left. I will never return to Pet Smart for grooming. I am perfectly capabl... read more
Not many places will groom cats but Carmen does a fantastic job with both of my cats. She keeps my fur babies looking good and much cooler with a lion cut.
The staff is amazing, they take great care of pets
