Bring your pets!! Although the store is well stocked and people are present some of your questions may take a while to get answered. They do a good job at keeping the store clean.

He is currently suffering from cancer and your amazing hospitality really put him in a great mood, if I have more time left with him I will definitely be bringing him back to Chelsea. I have taken my dog to be groomed here a few times and everytime I'm treated aweful by the grooming staff. Sorry for bothering you by taking my dog to you to be groomed. I am now seeing videos of the grooming staff at PetSmart abusing people's dogs. Check out the Facebook page/group Justice for Gunner. You will also find more videos of other dogs being abused. I will never again support this company. They also own Petco and chewy along with a few others.
Never take your animal here to be bathed terrible service they chain animals on to walls to bathe them they also “blast” them when they are not supposed to people at petsmart do not follow the rules it is still the same and the will not change it. This is complete animal abuse.they also put your dog in small cages and put them in a machine that shoots out warm air have you ever noticed your dog acting weird after your dog gets groomed they do not play with small furry friends including hamsters and Guinea pigs and gerbils do... read more
Took my dog in for a grooming. Bella did a fabulous job on my dog Jade's haircut! She looks great. We will be back again
I love Banfield so much. Treat my dog so great. He loves going to the vet. �
