RecommendedWe took our puppy there for training and Becca was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and fun. she loved all the dogs, and was very patient. our dog learned faster than the other dogs so she would show us something new while still working on the last command with the other dogs. It was wonderful training! We will for sure be going back for more training with Becca!
This was my dog first experience at PetSmart and he did very good being around strangers I just loved the way Bentley was groomed. Thanks Pets Mart for having great employees.Josh u are awesome!
This is for petsmart GROOMING the actual store and front associate and service is excellent but GROOMING was aweful. Dropped my dog off at 920 am and at almost 1pm had to take him after we were told he had a bath but was in the dryer at 1130 checked back at 1245 and he was never even bathed. Salon manager offered 30% off but at that point it was a laugh in the face. Our dog is our baby and they had him caged up for hours. I dont even want to give them one star. they completely chopped my mom's dog up, she looks like she got in a fight with scissors & lost. whoever cut her hair needs to be FIRED.
