The grooming salon needs to not overbook. When they have to rush through dogs it's very unhelpful/reckless. Mine has been cowering and shaking for 6 days since I picked him up from grooming.
After bringing my dog here for over a year, to be groomed,when I made a new appointment, I was told Tammy the manager had moved away. She did such a great job grooming my dog. Then, they told me that I would be paying considerably more to have him groomed, because she should have charged me more than she did. Not happy.
