My kids and I go out of our way to visit this friendly store where we are greeted warmly as soon as we enter, employees are constantly monitoring the aisles and sincerely and quickly responding to customers’ needs. We volunteer taking care of the section with cats for adoption and have witnessed firsthand employees who truly care and are kind to the animals. Cashiers are very nice and kind as well; it makes you want to be a part of their big PetsMart family. 🙂

This is the worse experience ever. DO NOT take your dog to get groomed there. I took my dog for grooming and when I picked him up he had a wound approximately 2 inches long and it was bleeding. Upon examination of the wound I discovered that the groomer had clipped off one of his nipple with the razor. I wasn’t even informed of this horrendous act. Not to mention the multiple wounds I found under his arms, on his stomach and abdominal area. This is animal cruelty. I am reporting them to the better business bureau.
Nice place for all your puppy needs
I basically go here for grooming only and my groomer, Daniel is the best we love him so so very much. We, I mean Wesley, my dog and I. He has a jovial personality and always gets it right.
I go mostly for grooming services and the staff does an awesome job on Wesley. Special shout out to Daniel you’re the best
