Charged extra for my dog food. Instead of taking care of me they made me wait in line with 10 10 people ahead of me. Total wait time 45 minutes
Took my female in for a brush and bath and nails. They did a horrible job. Never noticed until two days afterwards they didn’t even trim her nails. Plus when we went to go pick our baby up, we saw one of the girls shave to close to the skin and cut a little dog, hurt him. The big gal not sure what nationality she was maybe Indian not sure. Doggie pawdicure is great!
The people are so friendly you can talk and visit and they don't act like their to busy to be bothered. My kids love it. The fish we got are healthy.
Don't buy your pet food there. My two hamsters were poisoned & died by tainted food that I bought there. Apparently done by disgruntled employee I would guess...but have no proof. Told them about it, but they wouldn't believe me. This was several years ago...hopefully they've corrected this. Otherwise all good.
Have brought our Sarah here for 4 years. Never disappointed. She’s an old lady now (14 yrs) and they treat her with care.
This was my puppies first time getting groomed. They were shaved and their eyes are still red. So disappointed in Petsmart Grooming. To bad you can't attach a photo.
