I am in a Chinchilla owners group and a picture was posted of a Chinchilla that was in need of help immediately. After employees said she was fine i went ahead and called to speak to a manager. Being a Chinchilla owner the poor Chin looked far from fine. The manager i spoke with could not have been more rude. Stating that the chinchilla is totally fine when it definitely is not.
