This is by far, ABSOLUTELY, the most VICIOUS and WORST customer service experience ever!!!! We made an appointment over 2 weeks ago for a grooming of our dog.THE DAY BEFORE we got a confirmation email reminding us about the appointment we scheduled. THE DAY OF we walked in and were told that they called us twice and left a voice message that the appointment has been cancelled because the groomer called off.
