Apple did an amazing job on my dog Chevy’s grooming appointment! We have been struggling to find a good groomer for our dog and I am so happy we finally found her. She was so friendly and listened to any concerns that I had. I am overall impressed at the customer services we received at this location and will be coming back in the future!

We left our 4 fur-kids at the petshotel for a couple days, because we needed to attend a family reunion. It was their first time, and they were nervous. We were nervous too! But the staff was so very friendly, and understanding. They took great care of our little family, and we are ever so grateful! Thank You So Much PetSmart & staff!

Way too expensive. But if you're looking for something fancy, this is your place. No equine or bovine sections. I'll just stick to the local feed store, thank you....

I am frustrated. I take my dog to the Banfield Pet hospital, Petsmart groomer and shop for all my pet needs for her there. So they will take my money for that but when I want to bring her to play at the day camp, they tell me her breed can't play with other dogs. She would have to sit in a room alone... HA. No longer getting any of my money.

We bought our very first hamster! George , pet car specialist, was very patient, kind, informative and put the girls at ease with their millions of questions. He made our experience awesome!!

Getting crickets at this store is always a little time consuming, but yesterday was ridiculous. I waited in sight of the registers by the crickets for a few minutes when the cashier asked if i needed help. She was busy ringing up customers. I said I needed crickets. Another 6 minutes go by & no one. Then 3 workers asked within seconds of each other and the last one seemed a bit bothered. I need to find another source for crickets...

I special ordered cat food, the Tom the mgr. was so rude. I guess they forgot to order it, because he went to the shelf and pulled it off and said that's all I have. I specifically called 6 days ago to special order. Why wasn't it in the back, why didn't this manager apologize and take ownership, answer because they just don't care. This isn't the first bad experience, rarely do they ask if I need help, or even walk their aisles and see if customers need help. i visited this PetSmart today for my 4 month puppy Mimi appointment today and i really love the service there. i was late on payments which i took care of today and they took EXTRA good care of my baby girl ��. since i was behind , they started over with the Parvo, gave her the Bordetella and rabies vaccination all in one. My pup is in very good condition and she likes her care provider Dr. Larisha R. Smith very much. i will be coming back to this location for sure . Thank You Guys !!!
