I went to the Pet Smart location on Grant and Swan in Tucson today. I had placed an prepaid online order. I was surprised to see the staff not wearing masks, but a few were. When I asked the store manager about picking up my order, I also said that I surprised that not all the staff were wearing masks. The manager asked me to leave the store. By getting managers that don't want to do what the company asks of them...I've had it after today. They have many signs outside for curbside grooming but refused to do it. I made a curbside appointment...Was told I would pay electronically...None of that happened and I was told it was my fault and I did not make a curbside appointment...I talked to a grooming employee all about it to understand how it worked before I made the curbside appointment. Recommendedordered online, did drive up service, very friendly staff
We had to go get our dog food at this location as the other ones were out. My husband wanted to hold the black cat that was in one of the kennels. She was pretty rude when I was joking saying no more cats. She said they do home checks and a rude voice and followed us out of the store... which was bizzare. We won’t be going back to this location. I am not sure if this was a manager or another cashier but that was uncalled for. Don’t go to this location

Ive been shopping here for years but today was my last time. The new store manager has terrible customer service and I will take me business where it is appreciated because he clearly could care less.
Terry the manager was very rude but the worst part was his indifference....not only was he rude to us but to his cashier also whom he embarrassed in front of us...Last time we go to this PetSmart.
