I'm very dissatisfied with the groomer I had my little dog bathed and nails done I guess at some point before me picking him up my dog poo they couldn't clean him up sent him home like that I believe the thing to do was clean his butt at least I'm waiting for a reply from PetSmart

Apparently you need a background check and references to purchase a gold fish. Staff is unbelievably rude and enjoys lecturing your 10 year old. Tropical Kingdom was more then kind and very helpful without talking down to you. Unbelievable.

Its the only store where I get my furbaby's food/supplies and my rabbit's food/hay. I've also gotten new little animals from there too.

We boarded our pets at this location now we have three cases of kennel cough after our most recent visit. This is the second time this has happened to us😖

The vet tech at Banfield is just rude with very bad attitude! Yelled at me and then called my vet to yell and scold her the way the she wrote a prescription. I was absolutely mortified won't help me get the prescription I needed for my dog. I will never go there again!
